Description |
Mie oon kuitenki onnelline takes place in Rovaniemi in the 1970's. What was once a close group of friends has drifted apart over the years, and now they gather once more for an evening together. On the background, a character, "Mr. Destiny", aims to manipulate the group. The interesting part is to see to what extent he can dictate what happens. The main message of the piece is that every individual must take responsibility for what they do, responsibility for themselves and their surroundings. The dance piece is intended for adult audiences. Mie oon kuitenki onnelline tackles even relatively serious themes, but mainly it is a tragicomic story. |
