"Anne-Maarit Kinnunen’s solo performance, Pep Talk, is a dance theatre performance in which the themes of fear, dreams and humanity are explored through the use of text, speech and choreographed movement. Fear is a natural human emotion in response to a real external danger. But do we run away or do we confront this fear? What are we afraid of when there is no obvious threat? Personal and universal fears are shared by people of all ages, and these fears can hold us back from doing what we really want to do, and being the person we really want to be.
