| Description |
The work is inspired by the architecture, materiality, atmosphere and activities of the Temppeliaukio Rock Church. A science fiction copper dome hovers over the church and window beams reach for the sky, creating the impression of a better future and expanding consciousness. Traces of moisture dripping down the powerful rock walls in the rain evoke memories from the past. One senses universal spiritual and natural mystical feelings in this sacral space. |
