| Description | Quartet is a collaboration between the choreographer and the composer. It is a "dance concert" for two dancers and two double bass players. Choreographer's starting points have been the directions and form of base players' and dancers' movements as well as transitions of sound. In Quartet the abstract dance intersects musicians' functional movement and colours of the sound meet movement qualities creating a network of moods and atmospheres. |
