Description |
Kevätsavut (spring smokes) is a sensation and landscape that can be visited, spent time with, or lingered on its borders. It quietly closes inside of itself, but is constantly open on its borders. It attaches itself to the annual cycle and to the cycle of light marking the recession of the dark, the beginning of the lighter season, and the return to the darkness again. It is blinking of the cycles and passages, rasping of the change. If looked upon, from the darkest winter one can see to the spring. The wait is timely. Things get revealed but not too much: something has to step aside out of the way of change. It is possible that nothing catches light. |
