| Description | Choreographer and dancer Riku Immonen is one of the Finnish dance field's dedicated workers. From 2004, he has also worked as a choreographer, and nowadays is most known for his work with young audiences. His interactive performance for kids Movement men (2007) was the first performance for children ever presented in Zodiak. Strength in his work, is the huge knowledge of dance. Also having four sons helps him with creating the pieces. The biggest fans live at home, and having cruel, judgemental home critics is a clear advantage. In 2009 Immonen was granted with 5-year personal grant from Arts Council for his work with children. |
